Free 30-day returns

You may return any TestBankByte paperback within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the product price — and we cover the return shipping. We issue your refund within one business day of receiving the return at our Seattle warehouse. Because orders are paid in cash on delivery, refunds are sent by bank transfer, PayPal, or mailed money order — your choice when you request the RMA.

Condition requirements

• Book in resaleable condition — no writing, highlighting, broken spine, or removed pages.
• All inserts, sticker sheets, and bundle items present.
• Original outer packaging not required, but please use a padded mailer to prevent damage in transit.
• Items returned outside policy are refused at the warehouse and returned to you at your cost.

How to start a return

1. Email contact@testbankbyte.com with your order number and the title(s) you want to return.
2. We email back a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid USPS return label within one business day — return shipping is on us.
3. Tape the prepaid label to your package and drop it at any USPS location.
4. Once received and inspected (1–2 business days), we issue your refund by bank transfer, PayPal, or mailed money order. Bank transfers typically clear in 3–5 business days.

Who pays return shipping

• Return shipping is free on every in-policy return — domestic and international. We send a prepaid label with the RMA email.
• For defects, transit damage, or wrong title shipped, attach a photo to your RMA request so we can flag a free replacement before you mail the original back.

Refund amount

• Full product price refunded for in-policy returns. No restocking fee.
• Outbound shipping was free, so there is nothing extra to refund there.
• If a discount or promotion was applied to the order, the refund reflects the discounted price paid.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. Place a new order for the title you want and return the original under this policy — this is the fastest way to receive the correct book.

Order cancellations

Orders can be cancelled at no cost before they are labeled (typically within 12 hours of purchase) — since payment is Cash on Delivery, there is nothing to refund at that point. Once a package leaves our warehouse, refusing delivery to the courier is the cleanest way to cancel; or accept and return under the free 30-day policy above.

International returns

International orders are returnable on the same free 30-day window. We email a prepaid international return label with the RMA. The buyer is responsible only for customs paperwork and any duties refused on re-entry to the United States.

Statutory rights

This policy is offered in addition to — not in place of — any consumer rights you have under federal, state, or local law (including the U.S. Federal Trade Commission’s Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule and the EU Consumer Rights Directive where applicable).
