Shipping is free on every TestBankByte order, with no minimum. The rate you see at checkout is always $0.00 — domestic standard, domestic expedited, and international tracked delivery.
Domestic rates (United States)
- Standard ground — USPS Ground Advantage. Free, 5–7 business days.
- Expedited — UPS 2-Day Air. Free, 2–3 business days. Order by 1 p.m. PT for same-day dispatch.
- All domestic orders include tracking and $100 of carrier insurance at no extra charge.
International rates
- International tracked — USPS International or DHL eCommerce. Free, 7–18 business days.
- Available to Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Portugal, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Austria, Switzerland, Poland, Mexico, Brazil, Japan, Singapore, and the United Arab Emirates.
- Local duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. We mark every package with its true commercial value, as required by U.S. export law.
How delivery works
- You place a Cash on Delivery order — no card required at checkout.
- We pick, pack, and label your order within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri).
- You receive an email with a tracking number once the carrier scans the package.
- Delivery in the windows listed above (business days, excluding U.S. federal holidays). You pay the courier in cash on delivery.
Order changes
- Address corrections are free if requested before the package is labeled — email contact@testbankbyte.com.
- Once labeled, USPS Package Intercept ($17) can re-route most domestic packages; the difference is billed to the buyer.
- We cannot redirect international packages once they leave the U.S.
Lost, late, or damaged shipments
- If tracking shows no movement for 7 business days (U.S.) or 21 days (international), email us — we open a carrier trace and reship at no charge once the trace closes.
- Books damaged in transit: send a photo within 14 days of delivery and we ship a replacement free.
- Carrier-marked “delivered” but missing: file with the carrier first; we will provide proof of shipment and assist with the claim.
